GETTING STARTED


At CrossFit785, you will be committing yourself to a new level of personal fitness and wellness. Results are not guaranteed, they are earned. We have no mirrors and no machines. Our space is not full of expensive equipment (treadmills/ellipticals) and ego's are checked at the door. What we do have are barbells, weights, kettlebells, pull-up bars, and our bodies. We use our bodies to move these weights quickly, functionally and with an intensity that you never thought possible.

CrossFit is not easy and it was not designed to be easy. CrossFitters are FITNESS ATHLETES with a desire to simply be better at life. A community of HAPPY people willing to help others. CrossFit is for everyone, no matter your current age or fitness level. EVERYONE IS WELCOME.  As certified CrossFit coaches, we are dedicated to each and every client and their goals. We love what we do and we want to share our passion of being FIT with you. We are here to provide the tools and motivation needed to make the gains and reach your accomplishments. Class will involve Assault Air Bikes, Assault Air Runners, Concept 2 Rowers, Body-Weight Movements and some (not heavy) Weightlifting. This class is preparation for CrossFit OR you can use it for your everyday health and wellness.

This is a 1 hour class led by a certified coach.  All aspects of CrossFit will be covered.

Sweat Equity
Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri
9:30am
This is a 1 hour class.  No Olympic lifting, no high-flying gymnastics.  A coached class working on baseline strength, body-weight movements, flexibility, mobility, and conditioning.  No CrossFit experience required.

Saturday Morning 10am Partner workouts. (Free to the public)

CrossFit 785 is NOT a typical gym. We do not rely on the quantity of our members. Instead, we focus on the quality of our training.

CrossFit workouts are performed in a small group environment under the close supervision of certified CrossFit coaches. Members receive the benefit of personal training instruction at a fraction of the cost, and the results are unmatched. Personal safety is our number one priority, so proper technique and form are constantly reinforced.

If you're looking for a gym where you can casually lift weights or run on a treadmill while watching TV, then CrossFit 785 is not for you. However, if you're looking for a new, challenging approach to fitness, one that can actually make a difference in the way you look and feel, then schedule your introductory workout today!

​New to CrossFit?
A new on-ramp starts every Monday at 630pm and continues Wednesday and Friday at 630pm.  During these 3 sessions you will be introduced to the primary movements and will also 
receive a functional movement assessment. The cost for the onramp is $50 and there is no commitment required.
