CrossFit classes are one hour in length and led by one of our certified coaches. During these classes, all aspects of CrossFit will be covered.
Between class times is open gym, where you can follow several programs including olympic weightlifting, aerobic capacity, teens program, baseline strength, and skill work (gymnastics). A coach will be on hand during the open gym times.

CONCEPT 6 FITNESS SCHEDULE
Concept 6 Fitness is for those who want a good workout, but don’t want to do CrossFit. This program includes core and mobility work, strength work with kettlebells and dumbbells, and bikes, rowers, and bodyweight for conditioning.
