​CrossFit 785 is a 24 hour facility. We also have coach-led classes for CrossFit and Concept 6 Fitness. Make sure you watch our Facebook page for additional events!

CROSSFIT SCHEDULE

 
CrossFit classes are one hour in length and led by one of our certified coaches. During these classes, all aspects of CrossFit will be covered.
Between class times is open gym, where you can follow several programs including olympic weightlifting, aerobic capacity, teens program, baseline strength, and skill work (gymnastics).  A coach will be on hand during the open gym times.

MON/TUES/WEDS/THURS/FRI

5:30am, 6:30am, 9:30 am, Noon, 4:30, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

CONCEPT 6 FITNESS SCHEDULE

 
Concept 6 Fitness is for those who want a good workout, but don’t want to do CrossFit. This program includes core and mobility work, strength work with kettlebells and dumbbells, and bikes, rowers, and bodyweight for conditioning. Current Mayhem Programming allows each athlete to scale their workouts to cater to how they are feeling that day! This allows our Concept 6 athletes to join any class time that works with their schedule.

Homeschool PE Class

Tuesday/Thursday 2:00pm

If you’re looking for an energy outlet for your kiddos, this is the class for them! Kids will play games, learn to follow instructions, learn new physical skills, gain strength and body awareness, make friends and become stronger, all while working out!
